miRNA expression in the exosomes from oxaliplatin treated or not sw480 cells

detect miRNA expression in the exosomes isolating from the cell culture of sw480 cells treated by oxaliplatin or not In this study, 20μM oxaliplatin was used to treat sw480 cells for 48h. Then the culture medium of treated cells and control cells were collected. Exosomes were isolated and microarray was used to detect the different miRNA expression in exosomes.
