Database for prediction of aberrant DNA methylation strength in liver hepatocellular carcinoma

This is the mySQL dump of dataset utilised in my PhD thesis titled "Predictive analysis of epigenetic variability". This database contains variety of annotation information of both Illumina HumanMethylation450k probes and DMRs called for a patient cohort with hepatocellular carcinoma (TCGA). Database also includes RNA-seq, miRNA-seq, CNV, SNP, and clinical information of the patients investigated in this project.
