iPSC derived AEC2 cells for independent validation of stable SFTPCtdTomato+ outgrowth by scRNA-seq using iPSCs Cells sorted at day 51 for SFTPCtdTomato were replated as alveolospheres in 3D conditions in CK+DCI media. They were subsequently passaged as single cells 4 times on the days indicated, without further cell sorting. At day 115 all live cells were encapsulated for scRNA-seq using the 10X Chromium System
