资源简介:
The primary goal of this study was to investigate the role of genetic and gut microbiome markers in influencing weight loss outcomes following sleeve gastrectomy (SG). By leveraging advanced genomic and microbiome profiling, this study aimed to identify potential biomarkers that could inform personalized treatment strategies for post-surgical weight management. Participants were categorized based on their excess weight loss (EWL >50% vs. EWL <50%) at 12 months post-surgery to explore differences in genetic predispositions and gut microbial pathways associated with successful weight loss.
