识别非机动车类型、载人、颜色 三种属性。
精度对应场景或者限制条件：
1）场景限定：只支持室外交通监控场景
2）设备/镜头：支持RGB可见光识别；不支持红外识别
3) 识别对象尺寸：车辆宽高均不低于100像素

This dataset focuses on recognizing three attributes of non-motor vehicles: vehicle type, passenger-carrying status, and color. Recognition accuracy is subject to the following scenarios and constraints:
1. Scene constraint: Only applicable to outdoor traffic surveillance scenarios
2. Device/lens requirement: Supports RGB visible light recognition, but does not support infrared recognition
3. Target size requirement: Both the width and height of the detected non-motor vehicles shall be no less than 100 pixels
