RERE is an important schizophrenia risk gene. It has been reported that RERE acts as a nuclear receptor modulator to regulate the expression of specific genes. Besides, RERE also regulates gene expression by acting as an activator of the retinoic acid (RA) signaling pathway. To explore the biological pathways and signaling pathways regulated by RERE, we performed transcriptome analysis in mNSCs.
