Surveying BioNLP Shared Tasks Corpora for Event Extraction

BioNLP task series has defined bounded bio-event extraction task in the domain of molecular biology dealing with normal physiological processes of organisms as well as generalizing to pathological processes to pathway models of biological systems and even focusing in the domain of plant molecular biology. The various BioNLP tasks to this end are compared for their key characteristic properties and values.
