资源简介:
The effectiveness of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines varies among individuals. In the COVID-19 global pandemic, it showed a significant Th1 characteristics, suggesting that the immune disorder and production of SARS-CoV-2 antibodies may be related to Th1/Th2 bias. However, the molecular mechanisms of how Th1/Th2 bias affects the differences in host immune responses to viruses remain unclear. A total of 3 subjects with elevated antibody (E) and 3 without changes (C) were recruited. We collected peripheral blood and performed single-cell sequencing before and after the third dose of SARS-CoV-2 vaccine. The changes of T cell clusters were analyzed and differential analysis of T cells between the two groups was performed. Six subjects with different antibody levels after vaccination (three with markedly elevated vs. three without) were enrolled in this study. All subjects were vaccinated with inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccine. Peripheral blood samples were collected before and after the third dose of the vaccine. In total, 12 peripheral blood samples (3 pre-injection samples in the elevated group (E), 3 post-injection samples in E group, 3 pre-injection samples in the control group (C), 3 post-injection samples in C group) were sequenced. *************************************************************** Submitter states that missing raw data are being made available for controlled access in the Genome Sequence Archive (https://ngdc.cncb.ac.cn/gsa/). ***************************************************************
