The goal was to create a sample method, that would allow for non-lethal collection of genetic material for pollen as well its pollinator in order to create plant-pollinator networks using the twinned approach of pollen metabarcoding and barcoding. The loci used were ITS2 for the pollen metabarcoding samples and CO1 for the bumble bees.
