We performed ChIP-seq to determine chromatin regions bound by transcription factor NHR-23, and thereby potential binding motifs and sites, in C. elegans (larval stage 2) whole organisms Overall design: One sample was used as "input", ie non-specific pulldown. Two NHR-23-specific samples were generated by collecting after 20 hrs at 25°C to cover the L2-L3 stage.
