城市交通排放具有高度时空动态性,本清单产品通过多源数据融合与空间降尺度技术,攻克了其精细化核算的难题。针对北京、深圳等超大城市,融合了卫星遥感(NO₂、CO作为车流活动代理指标)、高精度实时路网车流、车辆构成数据,并创新性引入了经过严格云端校准的移动走航监测数据,构建了2019-2023年覆盖全市域的月度交通碳排放清单,同时提供1公里网格和道路路段尺度的两种产品。该清单通过结合土地利用回归与梯度提升树等模型,将宏观排放总量高精度分配至微观路网,经验证与基于详细交通活动模型的MEIC清单总量吻合,且走航数据验证了主干道排放热点的准确性。本清单产品为城市交通低碳治理提供了前所未有的精细化工具,可直接用于评估限行政策、电动车推广、公交优先等具体措施的减排成效,支撑拥堵收费政策设计,并为城市碳普惠机制开发提供底层数据依据。清单产品为栅格格式。(协议共享)

Urban traffic emissions exhibit pronounced spatiotemporal variability. This inventory product addresses the long-standing challenge of refined emission accounting through multi-source data fusion and spatial downscaling technologies. Targeting megacities including Beijing and Shenzhen, it integrates satellite remote sensing data (using NO₂ and CO as proxies for traffic activity), high-precision real-time road network traffic flow data, and vehicle fleet composition data, and innovatively introduces strictly cloud-calibrated mobile on-board monitoring data. It has established a city-wide monthly traffic carbon emission inventory spanning 2019 to 2023, and offers two product versions at scales of 1-kilometer grid and road segment respectively. This inventory allocates macroscopic total emission volumes to microscopic road networks with high accuracy by combining models such as land use regression and gradient boosting decision trees. Validation results demonstrate that its total emission volume aligns with that of the MEIC inventory based on detailed traffic activity models, and the mobile on-board monitoring data confirms the accuracy of emission hotspots on major roads. This inventory product provides an unprecedented refined tool for urban traffic low-carbon governance. It can be directly used to evaluate the emission reduction effects of specific measures such as vehicle travel restriction policies, electric vehicle promotion, and bus priority strategies, support the design of congestion pricing policies, and provide underlying data support for the development of urban carbon inclusion mechanisms.
