RNA profiling of lymph nodes during canine leishmaniosis

We performed transcriptome analyses for deep profiling of molecular basis of host immune response during L. infantum infection in the dog. The main goal was to evaluate transcript expression differences in the popliteal lymph nodes of dogs with CanL compared to healthy controls.
