BactMentha database: reference data and content

DATABASE.2026-04-13.tar.gz: contains the Output folder derived from the BactMentha-DB creation and successive updates in two distinct subfolders. 01_Database contains the database files from POSTRESQL, directly accessible through the bactmentha website after deployment. 02_Archive contains the database tables used to create teh database (also downloadable directly on the website, for the complete dataset or specific subparts). 02_WhoAnnotations.2026-04-10.tar.gz: contains the bacterial strains annotations manually curated after the Health And Safety Executive (HSE) List of Approved Pathogen Agents and the World Health Organization (WHO) list of priority pathogens. 01_DatabaseTables.2026-04-10.tar.gz: contains the reference database tables derived from the BactMentha Workflow (accessible at: https://github.com/TAGC-NetworkBiology/BactMentha). These tables where used for the bactmentha database creation and updates.
