Dataset for Non-pharmacological Interventions Improving MCI in High-Risk Stroke Populations
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the complete raw and processed data used in the study evaluating the effects of non-pharmacological interventions—exercise therapy and acupuncture—on mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in stroke high-risk populations. The dataset includes: Baseline data (n = 200): demographic information, vascular risk factors, MMSE, Hachinski scores, and cognitive screening properties. Intervention follow-up data (n = 90): three groups (Exercise, Acupuncture, Control), including pre- and post-intervention scores for MMSE, Memory test, Attention test, Animal fluency test, Rey–Osterrieth complex figure test, and Stroop test. The data were collected using standardized neuropsychological assessments and follow-up protocols described in the manuscript. These data were generated to support statistical analysis, group comparisons, and regression modeling reported in the study.Uploaded in XLSX format for reproducibility.
