Code and data accompanying “Donor-allocation effects vary with reference-cell budget in MuSiC PBMC simulations” by Yunhao Jiang. The release contains two archives: code_results.zip provides analysis scripts, study designs, result tables, figure source data and figure PDFs; data.zip provides processed count matrices, target truths, reference selections, saved predictions and diagnostic inputs. Extract both archives into the same directory. A compact browsing copy is available at https://github.com/Re1nhard-1/bioinformatics-paper. The study examines donor allocation at fixed reference-cell budgets in MuSiC PBMC simulations. It includes the measured-bulk assessment and its negative transfer result. Existing scientific results are preserved. Original datasets and pinned software versions are documented in SOURCES.md. Large upstream FASTQ/genome files are obtained from the original providers. Project-authored data, results and documentation are CC BY 4.0; project-authored code is GPL-3.0-or-later. Third-party data and software retain their original terms. See LICENSE.md for scope.
