we developed scISD, a manually curated and reanalyzed single-cell RNA sequencing database focused specifically on human ISDs. scISD encompasses 1,788,748 cells, 38 cell types, and 13 inflammatory skin diseases from 34 high-quality datasets. By enabling integrative analyses across diverse diseases and functional states, scISD is a valuable and scalable resource for both basic and translational dermatology research. The database is freely accessible at http://scisd.databio1.com/.
