This Zenodo record contains the code and processed data used to reproduce the analyses presented in the manuscript entitled “Pan-Cancer Analysis of Single-Cell Profiles with Polygenic Signals Reveals Genetic Influences on Tumor Immunity Across Cancers”. The deposit includes:(1) analysis scripts for data preprocessing, integrative analysis, and visualization;(2) processed datasets and metadata required for reproducing the main figures and supplementary results;(3) a README file describing the folder structure, software environment, and reproduction workflow. Raw sequencing data and publicly available datasets used in this study were obtained from their original repositories and are referenced in the manuscript and README file.
