In the routine activities carried out by the IZSPB have been isolated some strainswith a resistance profile and an ecological niche similar to S.Infantis, and which partially share the serotype formula but lack of thesomatic antigen -: r: 1,5. In this work, the belonging of strains withoutsomatic antigen to the Salmonella Infantis group was investigated,evaluating their antibiotic resistance and genomic profiles.
