BMP2 treatment significantly reduces growth of B16F10 melanoma spheroids. This experiment analyses the transcriptome changes in B16F10 cells treated with or without BMP2. Overall design: B16F10 cell spheroids in Matrigel were treated with control PBS or 100 ng/ml BMP2 for 10 days. The experiment was performed three times (batches 1-3), yielding three replicates for each group.
