Whole genome sequencing of wildtype and glo1-deleted mutant yeast strains treated with methylglyoxal

The goal of the project is to analyze the mutation spectrum of yeast strains in response to methylglyoxal treatment. glo1 deletion strains were used for the analysis for enhanced sensitivity to methylglyoxal.
