Six sites (AZ Q:8:38, AZ Q:8:40, AZ Q:8:44, AZ Q:8:46, AZ Q:8:47, and AZ
Q:8:50) near St. Johns, Arizona, were sampled for pollen and macrofloral remains.
These sites are part of the Fence Lake testing project. Pollen aixi macrofloral
samples were examined from several different features to help define the
subsistence base.
