Conservation as architectural identity: long-horizon prediction across plasma and living matter
收藏资源简介:
Supplementary deposit for the conservation-locked neural-operator framework NOETHER-X, accompanying the manuscript "Conservation as architectural identity: long-horizon prediction across plasma and living matter" (Jun Shao, YQGate AI Lab, Zhen Shi Zhi Yuan Technology Co., Ltd.; 2026). Contents. One bundle, noether_bundle.zip (526,003,450 bytes), holding exactly the heavy binaries that the companion code repository deliberately does not ship: the trained-operator checkpoints (*.pt, 50 files), the large field/trajectory arrays (*.npz, 75 files) and the raw OMNI2 instrument archive data/omni2t_2000.dat — 126 files, 778,704,965 bytes uncompressed. Nothing else is in the bundle: in particular it carries no audit records and no figures, which ship with the code repository. Self-verifying. Every asset appears in the bundle's own noether-resources/ASSET_MANIFEST.txt with its repository-relative path and SHA-256 (126 rows; the file header states TOTAL_FILES=126 and TOTAL_BYTES=778704965), so the deposit can be checked without any other resource. Companion code repository (released upon publication) — source code, every per-experiment text and numerical audit record, and the displayed figures, so that every reported number can be checked from a plain clone: https://github.com/aidrshao/Noether Usage. From a clone of that repository run bash download_weights.sh — it downloads this bundle, verifies every file against the bundled ASSET_MANIFEST.txt and against the repository's assets.sha256, and restores each file to its repository-relative path. bash run_all.sh then reproduces every main and Supplementary figure; bash run_all.sh --verify (no download) checks the core claims offline. Licensing. Source code and model checkpoints: repository research license (see LICENSE; academic, non-commercial use, with a patent reservation). Processed data, audit records and figures: CC-BY-4.0 (see docs/DATA-LICENSE). NASA-source records (OMNI2, PSP, MMS) remain U.S. Government public-domain data; the BCO-DMO microflow datasets (885923/907823 family, CC-BY-4.0) are redistributed under their original terms. The ERA5 reanalysis-derived arrays contain modified Copernicus Climate Change Service information 2020, retrieved from the Copernicus Climate Data Store and redistributed under the Copernicus licence; neither the European Commission nor ECMWF is responsible for any use that may be made of the Copernicus information or data it contains.
