We used tag pyrosequencing methods to analyze the bacterial diversity of Dicentrarchus labrax bowels among three diets, a control diet (A) and two “healthy” diets (B and C). This is the first time that has been used this approximation on the study of fish intestinal community and the effect of different diets administration.
