Differential expression analysis of 20 miRs in the training cohort.

The multivariate logistic regression analysis is based on the tumor specific miRs (N = 221). For each miR, p-values and FDR values of the multivariate logistic regression analysis and total number of reads are shown. Seventeen miRs were significantly differently expressed between patients with clinical benefit versus progressive disease on first line systemic treatment. Three of the 6 miRs included in the prediction model were not significantly differently expressed but are included as well. The 6 miRs of the prediction model are shown in bold.
