TRATSCH II - Trifolium RNA analysis to screen character heterogeneity - cDNA

TRATSCH - Trifolium RNA analysis to screen character heterogeneity: An mRNA-Genotyping-by-Sequencing (mRNA-GBS) approach to link association studies with expression profiling in non-model species. The project is part of the Biodiversity Exploratories a German Science Foundation funded research project (DFG Priority Programme 1374). With three exploratories which serves as open research platform for all biodiversity and ecosystem research groups of Germany (http://www.biodiversity-exploratories.de/en/home). Within this Project we have two phases of TRTASCH called TRATSCH I and TRATSCH II with the title: Comparative transcriptome analysis and phenotypic monitoring of Trifolium pratense (Fabaceae) under land use scenarios.
