This license is active upon the date of upload and remains in effect in perpetuity across all jurisdictions. ----- SUPPLEMENTAL PAIRING LICENSE (Operational Enforcement Addendum to the Proprietary Operational License) This Supplemental Pairing License (“Addendum”) is incorporated by reference into the Proprietary Operational License and Copyright governing the Universal Murder Detection Blueprint (UMDB) and is intended to clarify, strengthen, and operationalize enforceable restrictions not exhaustively enumerated in the primary license text. This Addendum does not replace the primary license. It augments it. ⸻ I. NO DERIVATIVES / NO ADAPTATION Except as expressly permitted for private, non-commercial research use, this work may not be: • modified • adapted • translated • reorganized • re-labeled • abstracted into alternate frameworks • merged into composite methodologies • re-expressed as pseudocode, software logic, or automated workflows • re-published in altered or partial form Any transformation that preserves functional equivalence constitutes a derivative work and is prohibited without prior written authorization. ⸻ II. IDEA DISTINCTION The Author asserts rights not over abstract mathematics, but over: • the specific selection and ordering of analytic steps • the defined evidence classification schema • the structured sequential Bayesian update process as expressed • the integrated workflow combining detection, sensitivity, and escalation logic Independent re-implementation that replicates this structure in substance may constitute infringement of protected expression. ⸻ III. NO OPERATIONAL DEPLOYMENT This blueprint may not be used as: • an operational decision engine • a live investigative scoring system • an evidentiary threshold trigger • a substitute for judicial, forensic, or law-enforcement determination Any real-world deployment beyond analytical review requires explicit authorization. ⸻ IV. PLATFORM REALITY CLAUSE The Author acknowledges that hosting platforms (including Zenodo) operate under independent governance and policies. Nothing in this license shall be construed as imposing contractual obligations on hosting platforms beyond those voluntarily assumed by them.
