用于汇聚全省林业系统视频监控数据；开发统一接口用于与地市、县市自建平台进行对接，收集自建平台的林业视频数据，同时开发与现有业务系统连接的接口。整合福建省林业局下辖各单位视频监控资源归集到同一个平台，为福建省林业系统打造一个高度集中、共享性强、资源丰富的视频监控资源基础平台，逐步健全视频图像信息采集共享体系，提升林业系统应对突发事件的预警及处置能力，夯实林业业务领域智慧办公体系。

This dataset is designed to aggregate video surveillance data across the entire provincial forestry system. It involves developing unified interfaces for connecting with self-built platforms at prefecture-level and county-level cities to collect forestry video data from these platforms, as well as developing interfaces to link with existing business systems. By integrating video surveillance resources of all units under the Fujian Provincial Forestry Bureau into a unified platform, it aims to build a highly centralized, highly shareable and resource-rich basic platform for video surveillance resources for the Fujian provincial forestry system. This will gradually improve the video image information collection and sharing system, enhance the early warning and disposal capabilities of the forestry system when responding to emergencies, and consolidate the smart office system in the forestry business domain.
