NIA Aging Cell Repository

NIA Aging Cell Repository是由美国国家老龄化研究所(NIA)资助的生物样本库，收集了过去三十年中严格按照诊断标准收集的细胞系和DNA样本。该资源库包含来自不同年龄组和多种衰老相关疾病(如阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、早衰症等)的样本，为衰老机制和退行性过程研究提供高质量、无污染的细胞培养物。样本库由Coriell医学研究所管理，并持续更新包括诱导多能干细胞在内的新型细胞系。The NIA Aging Cell Repository is a biobank funded by the U.S. National Institute on Aging (NIA). Over the past three decades, it has collected cell lines and DNA samples following strict diagnostic criteria. This repository holds samples from diverse age groups and a variety of aging-related diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, progeria and other related disorders, providing high-quality, contamination-free cell cultures for research on aging mechanisms and degenerative processes. The repository is managed by the Coriell Institute for Medical Research, and continuously updates its collection with novel cell lines including induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs).
