Supplementary Evidence Traceability Package for 'An Evidence-Structured Stage-and-Gate Governance Model for Industry–Academia Design Collaboration with Accountable AI Use in Society 5.0

This supplementary package brings together research materials to be deposited in Zenodo as supporting documentation for the main manuscript prepared for submission to She Ji. The materials document different phases of a longitudinal research process, including Design Thinking workshops, workshop transcripts, Zoom video-recording records, Delphi studies, model reformulations, and an ex-ante evaluation based on Design Science Research. These files should be read as supplementary materials associated with the main manuscript. They provide empirical evidence, analytical records, and traceability instruments that help readers understand how the collaboration model was developed, refined, and evaluated over time.
