CoDOn benchmarking datasets and codon-optimized sequences

Datasets generated and analyzed in the manuscript 'Codon Design Online (CoDOn): a comprehensive web application of synthetic gene design with multi-criteria and multi-parameters for heterologous expression' (BMC Bioinformatics). This repository archives the benchmarking data only and does not contain the CoDOn source code. v1.2.0 aligns the archived data files with the final published supplementary (Supplementary Data S1-S3, provided as Additional files 2-4): the sequence and fitness data are unchanged from v1.1.0, while the column label was renamed to Sequence ID, sheets and row ordering were updated to match the published version, and the runtime and memory benchmark summary now resides in the article as Supplementary Table S4. Data files were renamed to Supplementary_Data_S1/S2/S3.xlsx.
