This system offers multi-omics integrative analysis solutions. By integrating genomic, transcriptomic, epigenomic, and spatial omics data, it supports dynamic tracking of time-series gene expression, analysis of spatial heterogeneity, reconstruction of cell lineages, and elucidation of the regulatory mechanisms through which dynamic rearrangements of three-dimensional genomes govern cell differentiation. It constructs metabolic-epigenetic-transcriptional co-regulatory network models, provides cross-scale data support for elucidating the mechanisms underlying birth defects, optimizing organoid models, and developing research strategies for regenerative medicine, and facilitates basic research in developmental biology and clinical translation of regenerative medicine.
