Supplementary Materials (S1–S11) for "Multi-model Validation of Ontology-Driven BIM-Based Compliance Checking for Bridges"

This version (1.0.6) adds the S4 files omitted from version 1.0.5; all other files are identical to version 1.0.5. Changes from version 1.0.4:- S1 (version 2): R2 identifies the deck through bco:deckLaneOf instead of the FLOORPLATE type; R3 is valid SPARQL 1.1 and no longer requires an alignment link; the header documents the four-state reading of results (not applicable, not checkable, pass, fail).- S4 (version 2): M1 and M4 entities use the IFC4-ADD2 namespace emitted by the S10 preprocessing; one triple added for M3 stating an existing link in the direction required by S3; out-of-date comments removed. No attribute value was changed. S4 now includes an execution harness (run_S1-S4_pipeline.py), the declared rule scope (S4_rule_applicability.csv), the resulting verdict table (S4_execution_verdicts.csv) and a reproduction audit (S4_reproduction_audit.md). Running the harness reproduces the automated verdicts for 14 of the 22 model-rule combinations in S9, including all six violations, with no opposite verdict; the remaining eight are not checkable from S4 because the corresponding inputs were not exported.- S6: out-of-distribution result removed; table reference corrected.- S8 (version 5): manual timing statistics computed from S11; point estimate and confidence interval of the time reduction use the same estimator; replication sample-size calculation and Stage 0 sensitivity added.- S11: notes for M3 and M4 corrected (values unchanged).S2, S3, S5, S7, S9 and S10 are unchanged.
