中国植物DNA条形码数据库

参照国际DNA 条形码数据库的建设标准，结合单位承担的DNA 条形码建设与研究的实际经验，编制我国植物DNA 条形码数据库的标准规范。在该标准规范指导下，构建DNA 条码数据库结构和模型，以科学的结构化形式整理和保存DNA条码数据。 以中国重要植物类群为对象，重点针对常见高等植物、药用植物、保护植物等重要类群的DNA 条码数据进行汇总、检测、筛选、整理、转换、整合，从而对标准规范进行验证，不仅形成结构化、可用于科学研究和工业生产的基础数据库，而且形成一套规范可行的工作流程，从而指导我国大规模的DNA条码建设计划。 通过信息共享平台，向公众发布数据库，以供科研和社会需要。

Drawing on the construction standards of international DNA barcode databases and integrating the practical experience accumulated in DNA barcode construction and research by our institution, we have formulated the standard specifications for China's plant DNA barcode database. Under the guidance of these specifications, we constructed the structure and model of the DNA barcode database, and organized and stored DNA barcode data in a scientific, structured format. Taking China's important plant taxa as the target objects, we collected, detected, screened, organized, converted and integrated DNA barcode data from key groups including common higher plants, medicinal plants and protected plants, so as to validate the formulated standard specifications. This work not only establishes a structured basic database applicable to scientific research and industrial production, but also develops a standardized and feasible workflow system to guide China's large-scale DNA barcode construction initiatives. The database will be released to the public via an information sharing platform to meet the demands of scientific research and societal needs.
