水网信息模型数据是我单位依据水利部下发的《水利数据分类分级指南（试行）》、《水利信息分类与编码总则》（SL/T 701—2021）、水利对象基础数据库表结构及标识符（SLT 809-2021）等水利行业标准，结合我单位多年水利行业系统建设经验，对数据进行梳理、标注、加工、分析，形成的一套水利行业数据资产管理的数据集合，包括数据目录、数据资源、数据标准、数据质量、数据安全、数据服务和数据指标数据，能够指导水利行业数据资源全面梳理、汇聚、治理、分析、计算，实现数据资产入表、安全、高效、有序、可靠的共享开放，实现水利数据要素向资产价值的转化，帮助用户全面掌握数据情况。The Water Network Information Model Dataset is developed by our organization in compliance with water conservancy industry standards issued by the Ministry of Water Resources of the People's Republic of China, including the *Guidelines for Classification and Grading of Water Conservancy Data (Trial Implementation)*, *General Principles for Classification and Coding of Water Conservancy Information (SL/T 701—2021)*, and *Basic Database Table Structure and Identifier for Water Conservancy Objects (SL/T 809-2021)*. Combined with the multi-year experience in water conservancy system construction of our organization, this dataset is formed by sorting out, annotating, processing and analyzing relevant data, serving as a specialized data asset management collection for the water conservancy industry. It encompasses data catalogs, data resources, data standards, data quality, data security, data services and data indicator datasets. This dataset can guide the full-scale sorting, aggregation, governance, analysis and calculation of water conservancy industry data resources, facilitate the incorporation of data assets into official accounting statements, achieve safe, efficient, orderly and reliable data sharing and opening-up, transform water conservancy data elements into tangible asset value, and help users fully grasp the overall status of relevant data.
