资源简介:
This simulation includes a simplified bridge modeling framework for regional bridge seismic analysis. The workflow was developed to evaluate how local site conditions and basin amplification effects influence the seismic performance of bridges in Metro Vancouver under M9 Cascadia Subduction Zone earthquake ground motions. The simulation is implemented with Python-based preprocessing, moment-curvature analysis, and nonlinear time-history analysis scripts, and a sample bridge information template is provided to support use of the code. Supporting input datasets include bridge-level site parameters and gridded time-averaged shear-wave velocity in the upper 30 m (Vs30) and basin depth (Z2.5) datasets for Metro Vancouver, which are used to characterize site and basin conditions for bridge locations. The output consists of aggregated bridge damage assessment results grouped by basin category and site-class group. No bridge-specific simulation results are disclosed. This simulation can be reused for screening-level regional seismic analyses of bridges and for comparing bridge performance across different site and basin conditions.
