资源简介:
During the process of feeding on plants, aphids interact with plants through the secreted salivary proteases. These proteases can degrade plant secondary substances and regulate plant defense responses. Therefore, genes related to the aphid's salivary glands are highly potential targets for RNA interference. This chapter, based on high-throughput sequencing technology, uses the peach aphid as the research object. By comparing the transcriptomes of 1st instar nymphs (Young), 3rd instar nymphs (Midlife), and adults (Mature) of the peach aphid, it explores the trends of related genes as the insect ages change, and seeks key enzymes in the salivary glands with high expression levels, providing RNAi candidate genes for peach aphid control.
