RUME 2010 survey data

These data come from the RUME (RUral Microfinance and Employment) survey carried out in 2010 among 405 households in 10 villages in the districts of Cuddalore and Viluppuram, in the rural region of Tamil Nadu (South India). This is the first wave of a multi-thematic socio-economic household survey (employment, financial practices, agriculture, etc.). The other waves are known as NEEMSIS (Network, Employment, dEbt, Mobilities and Skills in India Survey). In order to comply with the general data protection regulation, the data has been anonymised, i.e. the names and addresses of respondents have been removed.
