Microbial genomes used for metabolic comparison

Anvi'o contigs databases we have used in our study by Watson et al., titled "Adaptive ecological processes and metabolic independence drive microbial colonization and resilience in human gut", to compare metabolic competency of microbial genomes found in healthy individuals versus individuals who were diagnosed with pouchitis, or Crohn's disease.<br>Using this data pack, it is possible to reproduce the data we have included in our findings, or extend the list of genomes with new cohorts of individuals.
