Japan COVID-19 Task Force. Homo sapiens

The Japan COVID-19 Task Force (JCTF) was established in early 2020 as a nationwide multicentre consortium to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic. Utilizing a collection of 1,405 genotyped samples, whole blood mRNA and 2,932 plasma protein expression data (measured by Olink Explore 3072) was analyzed.The Data Access Committee of the Database Center for Life Science (DBCLS) approved that this personal data was made published according to the NBDC Guidelines for Human Data Sharing (https://humandbs.dbcls.jp/en/guidelines/data-sharing-guidelines) as the NBDC Research ID hum0343 and the application ID J-DS000628-003.
