Effect of using personal protective equipment during the COVID-19 pandemic on the quality indicators of screening colonoscopies.

This dataset was collected from St. Luke's University Health network. It collects all screening colonoscopies done in the network with documented cecal intubation and scope withdrawal times between 2019 (Pre-COVID 19) and 2020 (COVID-19) to see if there is a difference that could be attributed to the adoption of personal protective equipment. A separate file contains calculations for adenoma detection rate between the two years. Patient identifiers have been removed.
