In this study, we established two kinds of ecological floating beds, one with water spinach only and another with water spinach combined with exogenous compound bacteria. to repair the aquaculture wastewater with low-salinity. Microbial community dynamics in water and water spinach roots were analyzed by using high-throughput sequencing of 16S rRNA and water quality was determined.
