动物诊疗许可，是指县级以上地方人民政府农业农村主管部门依法向符合法定条件的单位或个人核发的，准许其从事动物疾病预防、诊断、治疗和动物绝育手术等经营性活动的法律凭证。未取得《动物诊疗许可证》不得从事动物诊疗活动。
Animal Diagnosis and Treatment Permit refers to the legal document issued in accordance with the law by the agricultural and rural administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level to entities or individuals meeting the statutory requirements, authorizing them to engage in business activities including animal disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment and animal neutering surgery. No entity or individual may carry out animal diagnosis and treatment activities without obtaining the Animal Diagnosis and Treatment Permit.
