Genome-wide RNAi screen identify Melanoma-associated antigen Mageb3 involved in X chromosome inactivation. Mus musculus

Using Padlock SNP capture as the high-resolution RNA allelotyping method to study XCI profile during differentiation when Mageb3 is deleted. The cell lines used in the study are two female mouse cell lines. Each cell line carries Xs from two different mouse strains, the 129 strain and the Mus musculus castaneus (CAST/Ei) strain (Cast).
