Replication Dataset for: Can Contract Lifecycle Data Support the Monitoring Objectives of the Proposed EU Public Procurement Act? Evidence from Greece

This dataset contains the anonymized replication data associated with the paper: "Can Contract Lifecycle Data Support the Monitoring Objectives of the Proposed EU Public Procurement Act? Evidence from Greece". The dataset contains 206,143 direct-award contract lifecycles issued by 123 contracting authorities in the Greek healthcare sector during 2019–2024. The public dataset supports reproduction of the published empirical findings, including: • Lifecycle monitoring indicators (L1–L5) • Indicator prevalence statistics • Signal accumulation patterns • Indicator overlap analysis All direct identifiers have been removed or irreversibly transformed through anonymization procedures. The dataset supports results reproducibility rather than full reconstruction of the original procurement lifecycle processing pipeline. Version 2 incorporates a corrected payment-ingestion process and updated lifecycle monitoring indicators following forensic validation of payment linkage records.
