We report differential gene expression of hiPSC-derived beta cells from a MODY3 donor and a corrected control. The aim of the study was to investigate the underlying mechanism behind MODY3 in beta cells. The findings were coupled to functional assays of the in vitro differentiated beta cells to propose a mechanism for the dysfunction of the beta cells. mRNA profiles of beta-cells derived from a MODY3 hiPSC line and a corrected control line. The data set consists of four replicates coming from four independent in vitro differentiations. RNA seq was performed on bulk NKX6.1+/Cpep+ FACS sorted population.
