The metadata file contains all details about the data used in the realisation of the project entitled „Study of the anomalous magnetic moment of taon in the ATLAS experiment” (National Science Center of Poland, number 2021/40/C/ST2/00187). The data were analysed using dedicated software developed by the ATLAS Experiment at CERN and discussed in the publication: "Observation of the γγ→ττ process in Pb+Pb collisions and constraints on the τ-lepton anomalous magnetic moment with the ATLAS detector". The data used in the project is subject to an embargo imposed by the ATLAS experiment, which holds ownership of the data. The embargo period typically lasts around 5 years, although it may be extended in some cases. During this time, the data cannot be publicly accessed. The data files are stored at the CERN Data Centre and replicated across multiple locations worldwide (https://home.cern/science/computing/grid-system-tiers). Access to all data stored within the computing network is restricted exclusively to ATLAS experiment members through personal certification. The data is not placed in any publicly accessible repository, except for a small subset available for public use: ATLAS Open Data, http://opendata.atlas.cern. Once the embargo ends, a certain fraction of the data will be released under open access.
