The double-exponential model-fitting diagram obtained from the software (Syngo.via Client 4.1, Siemens Healthcare) was used to measure the IVIM values. 16 segments were measured according to the American Heart Association guidelines. Regions of interest as large as possible of each myocardial segment were measured sequentially by drawing oval areas in the mid-wall area and avoiding the small local artifacts area. The software automatically acquired the IVIM values of the 16 segments for LV, including the slow apparent diffusion coefficient (ADCslow), fast apparent diffusion coefficient (ADCfast), and perfusion fraction (f)
采用西门子医疗(Siemens Healthcare)的Syngo.via Client 4.1软件生成的双指数模型拟合图,测量体素内不相干运动(Intravoxel Incoherent Motion, IVIM)参数值。依据美国心脏协会(American Heart Association)指南划分16个心肌节段,依次于各心肌节段的室壁中段绘制椭圆形感兴趣区,尽可能覆盖最大范围并避开局部微小伪影区域。该软件将自动获取左心室(Left Ventricle, LV)16个节段的IVIM参数,包括慢速表观扩散系数(slow apparent diffusion coefficient, ADCslow)、快速表观扩散系数(fast apparent diffusion coefficient, ADCfast)及灌注分数(perfusion fraction, f)。
