FAIR Data for COVID-19 European Commission Fall 2021 Workshop Series Premeeting Survey Results Dataset

Premeeting survey results dataset. The European Commission hosted a series of workshops in the Fall of 2021 to develop recommendations for short and long term investments in improving adherence to the FAIR principles across EU-funded health-related human subjects research consortia and data sharing platforms. The premeeting survey was sent to (1) COVID-19-focused primary research consortia; (2) platforms and infrastructures for sharing COVID-19-related data; (3) groups focused on enabling FAIR in the health data space; (4) stakeholder groups. The premeeting survey collected information on barriers to implementing FAIR and on workshop participants' preferences for European Union investments and actions related to improving the implementation of FAIR in health research for COVID-19 response and beyond.
