RNAseq study of latency prevention with Vorinostat. RNAseq study of latency prevention with Vorinostat

Primary CD4 T cells were activated ex vivo and infected with HIV-dGFP/Thy1.2. Thy1.2 positive cells were isolated by immuno-magnetic enrichment and cultured for 21 days in the presence or absence of 500nM Vorinostat. At the end of the 21 day culture period cells were collected and subjected to RNA-seq. Overall design: Study done in biological triplicate. Cells from three independent HIV-negative donors were infected, isolated, and cultured in parallel with or without Vorinostat treatment condition.
