Phenotype file

This file contains skull and mandible shape principal component (PC) scores for each mouse. PC scores were normalized to mean 0 and std of 1. Mandible PC scores were calculated from the regression residuals of shape ~ BMD. Skull and mandible centroid size (CS) data is also included.

本文件包含每只小鼠的颅骨与下颌骨形态主成分（Principal Component，PC）得分。所有主成分得分均已标准化至均值为0、标准差为1。下颌骨主成分得分通过对形态与骨密度（Bone Mineral Density，BMD）进行回归所得的残差计算得出。文件同时收录了颅骨与下颌骨的形心大小（Centroid Size，CS）数据。
